Xiaomi Redmi 13C 5G/4G Variants Unveiling Soon; Model-codes and SoC Details Leaked

Xiaomi fans get excited! Fresh reports on the company’s plans reveal intriguing details about the upcoming Redmi 13C series, including 5G connectivity, model numbers, and chipset specifics. Details about peripherals have also emerged, adding to the excitement.

The Redmi 13C 5G is poised to make its mark with unique model numbers tailored for different regions. These include 23124RN87C for China, 23124RN87G for the global market, and 23124RN87I for India. It's worth noting that these model numbers were incorrectly associated with the Redmi 13C 4G, rectifying a prior mix-up.

The Redmi 13C 4G, identified by model numbers 23100RN82L, 23108RN04Y, and 23106RN0DA, is scheduled for release in global markets but will not be available in China. Under the hood, the Redmi 13C 5G draws power from the formidable Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset, while the Redmi 13C 4G houses the Helio G85 chipset.

Accompanying these revelations are leaked renders of the Redmi 13C 4G, which recently surfaced. These visuals showcase a teardrop notch display, a USB-C port, and a potent 50-megapixel primary camera. All the new Xiaomi flagship models run on MIUI 14-based Android 13, promising an enhanced user experience.

With the Xiaomi-assigned codenames, the Redmi 13C 4G goes by "Gale," while its 5G counterpart adopts the nick-tag "Air." Additionally, tipster Kacper Skrzypek suggests that both Redmi devices will carry dual codenames, with "Gale" having a "Gust" variant and "Air" featuring an "Atmos" variant. It indicates region-specific variants bearing NFC.

As anticipation mounts, speculations are rife that the Redmi 13C series could hit markets in October, offering a range of exciting options for Xiaomi enthusiasts worldwide.
